Refund Policy

Refund Policy: Srijan Hospitality provides refunds for events that are cancelled or postponed by Srijan Hospitality due to circumstances beyond our control.

Cancellation of Event by Client: If a client cancels an event, Srijan Hospitality will make every effort to provide a full or partial refund based on the circumstances of the cancellation. However, in some cases, refunds may not be possible, such as in the case of deposits or pre-paid expenses.

Request for Refund: Requests for refunds must be made in writing to Srijan Hospitality within 30 days of the event or the cancellation.

Refund Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days of receipt of the written request.

Limitation of Liability: Srijan Hospitality shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the cancellation of an event.

Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from the refund policy should be resolved through arbitration or mediation.
